What I am doing here

• My aim is to show people how to install ILIAS on a virtual Server
• I do not get any money for this - the opposite is the case. The server bbs-ilias.de costs me every month about 15 Euro. So I show this installation with a server from hosteurope.de, but its just because I use it. So you can see this tutorial as a documentation for myselfe. And if it helps you, I am glad. 
• I show you how you can run ILIAS in a environment with appr. 10-200 Users logged in at once. This is all possible with a vServer. I think, every school can run ILIAS with this way and with costs not higher than 30 Euro/month. Its very price worth, I think.
• Of course you can use any other provider you want.
